牧野家の長男・敦は、父・信一郎の経営する牧野地所の後継者として帰国。渡米中に同棲していた菅原啓子に別れを告げるが、啓子は敦を追って帰国し、信一郎に接近する。異母兄弟の愛憎と家族の崩壊を描くサスペンスドラマ。1993年TBS系列で放送。全11話。
