With the DJI Avata's new firmware, in order to take off, a phone or tablet running the DJI Fly app is needed. In this video we try different things to find out exactly what is required to avoid the remote ID error. Everything from turning off location services, to putting the phone in airplane mode, to completely unplugging the phone mid-flight to see what happens.
