นาวิน ผู้การหนุ่มหล่อแห่งราชนาวีไทย ที่มาถูกคลุมถุงชนกับ พีชานิกา ลูกสาวผู้บัญชาการกองทัพเรือ ในตอนแรกที่ทั้งคู่ทราบเรื่อง ต่างไม่ยอมรับ จนไม่ได้พบกันในงานหมั้น แต่ โชคชะตากับเล่นตลก ให้ นาวิน ได้ช่วยเหลือ พีชานิกา ที่จะโดนเด็กแว๊นซ์ลวนลาม หลังจากที่หนีออกมาจากงานหมั้น เมื่อเจอหน้ากันครั้งแรก ทำให้ทั้งคู่ปิ๊งกันในทันใด แต่เรื่องสวีทวี๊ดวิ่วแต่โกลาหลยิ่งกว่าคลื่นลมทะเลของหนุ่มหล่อราชนาวีและ ยอดยาหยีลูกสาวแม่ทัพเรือ
